i actually planned to post pictures
of today and yesterday's yans birthday celebration
but just a while ago, i was sleeping and
suddenly i have a muscle pull!
ITS SO DAMN PAINFUL!

i shouted when i was sleeping
and my bro was shocked
and he saw my calf muscle there
is like somehow dislocated or what
there is something popping out of my leg!
its still painful now
