i know i am suppose to know such things
but i really can't help it but to ask
i got no choice

WHO KNOWS HOW TO DIAGNOSE WHICH PART OF MY CPU IS DOWN!

with so much testing and trying
i guessed it my power supply that is down
no signs of power running
and no sound too
scared that if i go and buy a PSU
it will not work
then waste money

anybody help!
